Red-Rasberry Filled Pancakes

Recipe Follows

  • 1 1/4 cups ebelskiver pancake mix or any other pancake mix follow their directions.

  • 2 eggs, separated

  • 1 cup milk

  • 2 Tbs. unsalted butter, melted, plus more for cooking

  • Red Rasberry Sauce, or any other Sauce or Preserve you like

  • Powder Sugar
